Nestinn Lifespaces Private Limited is based in Powai, Mumbai. We are located at number 052 in the Pragati Housing Society. It’s right in Chaitanya Nagar, which is just opposite the IIT Market. If you know the Powai area, it’s a very busy and popular spot because of the university nearby. Our office is tucked into the housing society, so it feels more like a part of the community rather than a cold office block. We work on living spaces and housing from here. It’s a modest setup where we spend our hours looking at drawings and talking to contractors. Being across from the IIT market is handy because there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or run an errand. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work that people appreciate. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. People in the society know us, and we like that friendly vibe. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from answering emails to visiting sites. It’s a straightforward business.
