Neptune Diamonds Private Limited

If you know the Bharat Diamond Bourse, you know it’s like a giant maze inside. We are over at HW 6071 and 6072. It’s a lot of walking to get from the main gate to our spot in BKC, but that’s just how it is in this building. Neptune Diamonds is basically just a few of us working together in a small office. We spend most of our time looking at small stones under loupes. It’s quiet work, but it keeps us busy. Bandra East is a fast place, but inside the Bourse, time feels a bit different. We aren't doing big TV ads or anything like that. Most people who know us just come by because they’ve worked with us before. There’s a lot of security here, so it’s not exactly a place you just wander into, but we like the safety of it. The air conditioning is always too cold in this building, so we usually have sweaters on even in the middle of summer. We’ve got a small table where we have our lunch and talk about how the day is going. It’s a practical setup. Nothing fancy to look at, just desks, safes, and some chairs for when people come to visit. We’ve been here in Mumbai for years and we don’t plan on going anywhere else. It’s just what we do.
