Ndw Land Developers Private Limited is based out of the Hubtown Viva building, right on the Western Express Highway in Jogeshwari East. We're in suite 316. Being right on the highway makes it pretty easy for us to get around Mumbai, which is necessary when you’re dealing with land development. The 400060 zip code is a busy area, and there's always traffic, but that’s just part of life here. We’ve been operating from this Mumbai City office for a while now. We don’t have a massive staff, just a group of people who know how to handle the ins and outs of local real estate. It's not always easy work; there's a lot of back and forth with different departments and making sure everything is lined up correctly for our projects. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just look at the land, see what can be done with it, and move forward from there. The office at Hubtown is practical for us. It’s a central spot where we can meet and keep our files organized. Most of the time, we’re out checking on progress or looking at new opportunities around the city.
