We've been based in the Hubtown Viva building for a while now. It's right on the Western Express Highway in Jogeshwari East, so the noise from the traffic is basically our background music all day. Most mornings start with getting through that Mumbai traffic to reach the third floor. We handle a lot of development work from this small office, and things get pretty busy around here. People are usually coming and going, checking on plans or making phone calls. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building things. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The office has a view of the highway, which is nice if you like watching cars crawl by. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city. Being in this part of Mumbai means we're close to everything, even if the commute is a pain. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the ropes of the local construction scene. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we’re usually looking at site maps or talking to contractors on the phone. It's just how we operate. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people in the building know us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without too much fuss and bother.
