Navkar Heights is based in Powai, specifically at Powai Plaza. We are on the second floor in Shop Number 232. If you know the Hiranandani Gardens area, you know it’s a pretty well-known part of Mumbai. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s right where we need to be. We deal with real estate and heights projects around this neighborhood. Powai has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve been here to see it happen. Most of our day is spent meeting with locals or people looking to move into the area. We aren't the type to wear suits every day or give big sales pitches. We just sit down, have some tea, and talk about what’s available. The plaza gets quite busy in the evenings, and we usually stay late to make sure everyone is taken care of. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the details of the property and the paperwork so the people we work with don't have to worry too much about it. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We like being in Powai and being part of the community here. It’s just a normal business where we work hard and try to stay honest about what we can do for people who need a place in this city.
