We’re based out of the Corporate Centre at Nirmal Lifestyle in Mulun D West. It’s right behind Shopper’S Stop on L B S Marg, which makes it easy to find but the traffic can be a nightmare some days. Being in room 624 gives us a decent view of the area while we handle the property business. It’s a busy hub and there’s always people moving around the building. We spend most of our time dealing with clients and checking on land records. The office is pretty functional with just the basics we need to get through the workday. Mulun D is a neighborhood we know well and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We keep a low profile and just focus on the projects we have on our plate. It’s not about being flashy; it’s about making sure the titles are clear and the deals are fair. Sometimes we’re out on the field looking at sites, and other times we’re stuck here in the office catching up on emails. L B S Marg is always humming with activity, which keeps us energized. We have a small team and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it's filing or meeting people. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but that’s just how the property business goes in a city like this. We like being in the middle of the action here in the West.
