Kanjur Marg West is where we stay busy every day. Our office is tucked away in Flat No. 501, A Wing of the Mahavir Trinkletsoff building, right off LBS Road. It is not a big fancy corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a regular apartment space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate our deliveries for Natures Route Organic Foods. Most days, the place is a bit cluttered with files and samples. We started this because we wanted to see more real, chemical-free food in the local markets around here. It is a bit of a grind, honestly. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and trying to figure out the best way to get things moved from one place to another. You can hear the noise from the traffic on LBS Road pretty clearly from the windows, but we have gotten used to it by now. There is no big team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We do not spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. We just focus on the food and making sure the quality is decent before it goes out. Sometimes things get a bit messy with the logistics and the timings, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical, local business and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
