We are at 1A & 2, Paanchvati, and we are right near the Anandvan Ashram. Having the ashram nearby makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to see us. The area code here is 400067. S V Road is always full of traffic and people, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We do our realty work from this office every day. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. We have our desks set up and we just get on with the work. Being in Kandivali means we are close to a lot of residential projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different property ventures. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. It's more about everyone pitching in to get things done. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and documents, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We like being in this part of Mumbai City because it feels connected to the people. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we are right there on the main road. We just try to keep things honest and work hard on whatever project is currently on our plate today.
