You’ll find us in Kandivali East, specifically at Ashok Nagar. Our office is located in Bhoomi Arkade, building number one. We are in flat number 202. The building is on Atmaram Sawant Marg, which is a fairly busy road in the neighborhood. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s a residential-style building that works well for our small team at Namo Properties & Developments Llp. Most days are spent handling property inquiries and looking over various development plans. The office has a very homey feel to it since it’s a converted flat. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea throughout the day. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. We just have what we need to get the work done. The area around Ashok Nagar is quite lively. There are shops and houses all around us. We like being part of the local scene here. Sometimes the parking in the lane is a bit of a nightmare, but we manage somehow. Most of our visitors are locals or people looking into the area. We keep things pretty simple and straightforward. There are no big mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and a few photos of our sites. We work a standard day and try to keep on top of the paperwork. It’s a decent place to be based, and the commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. We like it here in Kandivali. It feels like a good spot. We just stay busy.
