You can find us at Shop No 8 A in Omex Apts, which is a housing society in Vile Parle East. We are right on Sahar Road, specifically in the Kol Dongri area. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of traffic and people always rushing around to get to the airport or the station. We focus on mutton because that’s what we know how to handle best. The shop isn't very big, but we have enough room for our equipment and the meat we sell. We get our supplies very early in the morning so everything is ready by the time the first customers show up at the door. Vile Parle is a crowded place, and being on Sahar Road means we see all sorts of people every day. Some are regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened, and others are just passing through the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy office or a marketing department. It’s just us behind the counter doing the work. The work is physical and can be very tiring, especially when it’s humid outside. We try to keep the shop clean and organized, though it's hard when it gets really busy on the weekends. We don't make big promises about being the best; we just sell what we have and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a simple local business and we’re just trying to make it.
