Mumbai Nest Real Estate Advisory Private Limited is located over in Goregaon East. We’re in the Express Zone building, specifically in the B Wing on the eighth floor. It’s right opposite Oberoi Mall, so if you ever shop there, you’ve probably walked right past our building without even noticing. The Western Express Highway is right outside, so the traffic noise is just a part of our daily life here. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to move to this side of the city. Goregaon has become such a huge hub lately, and there are always new projects starting up nearby. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s got enough space for us to sit down and go through floor plans or contract details with whoever walks in. We do a lot of advisory work, which basically means we listen to what people need and then try to find something that fits their budget. It’s a lot of back and forth with owners and buyers. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won’t stop ringing because someone saw a new listing. We’ve been in the 808 unit for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We don’t try to make things sound better than they are; we just give the facts about the properties we’re looking at. Goregaon East is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it.
