Mumbai Canteen Llp

We are situated in Malad West, specifically in the Prateek Building on Nivetia Road. We use the A-2 unit there. Malad is a huge suburb, and Nivetia Road is one of those streets that always has something going on. Our space in the Prateek Building is where we do all our canteen work. It’s a functional area designed for prep and management rather than showing off. We have a lot of equipment squeezed into our unit, and it can get pretty loud and hot when we are in the middle of a shift. Mumbai Canteen LLP is just the name on our paperwork; to us, it’s just the place where we work every day. We are located in the 400064 zip code area. The commute for some of us involves the local train or the crowded buses, which is just part of living in Mumbai. We don't try to dress things up or act like we are bigger than we are. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there is always a stack of containers waiting to be moved. It’s a messy, busy, and honest way to make a living. We focus on the food and the people we serve, and we don't worry much about being polished. Malad West is our home, and we just keep doing what we know how to do, day after day, in our little corner of the building. It’s a long day, but we make it work.
