We run Mritunjay Constructions and Developers out of our office in Ghatkopar West. We are located at 4 Chandra Niwas, which is right across from the Post Office on Hirachand Desai Road. Being near the post office is a great landmark because everyone knows where it is. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and there’s always some kind of building work going on nearby. Our office isn’t anything fancy; it’s just a ground-floor space where we handle the day-to-day business of being builders. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we know many of the other local business owners on the street. Mritunjay is a private limited company, but we like to keep things feeling like a local family business. We spend a lot of time on site, but Chandra Niwas is where we do all the administrative work and meet with folks. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing a solid job so that people recommend us to their friends and neighbors. It’s a lot of work keeping track of materials and laborers, but we enjoy the process of seeing a new building take shape from the ground up. We’re just a group of people who enjoy construction and want to keep working in the community where we’ve set up shop. Hirachand Desai Road is a good home for us.
