Our office for MOUNT MARY REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is on the 3rd Floor of the Platina building. That's at Plot No C-59 in the G Block of BKC, Bandra. Being in Bandra Kurla Complex means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a very modern area with all these big glass buildings, and Platina is one of them. We have been at this 301 office for some time now. Even though the building is quite large and looks very professional, we try to keep things pretty casual inside our own space. We handle real estate matters for people looking in and around Mumbai. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and making phone calls. The area gets really busy during lunch hours when everyone comes out of their offices. Sometimes we walk down to get some fresh air, but mostly we are stuck inside with the air conditioning because of the Mumbai heat. We don't really go for all that high-pressure sales talk. We just tell people what is available and let them decide. The G Block has changed a lot since we first arrived here. There are always new constructions going up and it can be hard to keep track of it all. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, from our spot on the third floor. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for us and the people we deal with.
