Our office is located at 201 in Plot No. 33, which is part of the Vallabh Nagar CHS. We are right on S Road-3 in the JVPD Scheme area of Vile Parle. It is a well-known part of Mumbai, and things are a bit quieter here than in some other districts. MODIBRICK HOMES is where we handle the details of building projects. Construction is a slow process, and there are always a lot of moving parts to keep track of. We spend our days looking over plans and making sure the materials are arriving where they need to be. Vile Parle has a lot of history, and we feel lucky to be working out of this spot. The office isn't anything special, just a place with some desks and a lot of paper. Most of our actual work happens on-site where the bricks are being laid. Building a home takes a lot of coordination and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or supply issues. We just deal with those problems as they come up. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a local team that knows the neighborhood and the local rules. People around here know us by name, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. If you are in the JVPD area, you might pass by our building on your way to work. It is just a regular office where we get things organized.
