Mitul Properties Private Limited. We are based in Khar West, right on Linking Road. Our office is at Nalini Apartments, number 5 on the second floor. Linking Road is famous for shopping, so there’s always a crowd and plenty of noise outside. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a residential-style building but our space is strictly for business. We handle property deals around Khar and the surrounding areas. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people on the phone. Sometimes clients come up to the second floor to sign papers or look at photos of properties. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just a quiet room where we can focus. Dealing with real estate in Khar means things can get pretty fast-paced. We try to stay organized but sometimes the files pile up on the corners of our desks. The view from the window is mostly of the shops across the street. It’s a convenient spot because everything is close by. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency, just a reliable one that knows the local market well. Most of our day is spent helping folks find their next home or a place for their business. It’s basic, honest work in a busy part of the city. We have our coffee and just get through the lists.
