We are located in the B-Wing of the Express Zone building, right on the Western Express Highway in Malad East. Our office is number 1101, way up on the eleventh floor. Mitasu Developers has been around this part of Mumbai for quite some time now. Being right next to the highway means we spend a lot of time looking at the traffic, but it also makes it easier for us to get to our various sites. We focus on developing residential and commercial spaces. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the construction zones. We don't have a huge staff, just a few dedicated people who have been with us for years. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use any of that fancy marketing talk. Building in Mumbai is a challenge every single day. There’s always some permit to chase or a shortage of bricks. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve problems as they come up. We spend a lot of our time talking to engineers and making sure the plans are actually being followed. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but seeing a building finally get occupied by families makes it worth it. We’re just a local business trying to contribute to the city’s skyline in our own small way. It’s noisy and fast-paced, but that’s just life in Malad for a developer like us. We keep our boots by the door.
