Mikeking Developers Private Limited is located over at 999/9 in Firoz Gandhi Colony. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty quiet during the day when we are working. We’ve been in the development business for a bit now. It’s hard work and involves a lot of coordination with different people. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to get things built. Being at Firoz Gandhi Colony makes it easy for us to stay connected to the local neighborhood. We do a lot of our thinking and planning right here in the office. It’s got everything we need. We don't go for the polished look. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and notes. Every project has its own set of problems. Sometimes the weather doesn't help or materials don't arrive on time. You just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our previous buildings. Word travels fast in this area. We like it that way. No need for big billboards or radio ads. We just keep our heads down and keep building. If you’re in the colony, you might see our trucks now and then. That’s just us going about our business and trying to do it well.
