Mihika Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited is located at 506, Parmeshwari Centre, 18 Dalmia Estate in Mulund West. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside. The building itself is one of those typical commercial structures where you see people from all sorts of businesses moving about. Being on the fifth floor means we are a bit away from the immediate street noise, but you can still hear the traffic if the windows are open. We spend our days handling the usual tasks that come with running a pharma business. There are stacks of files on the desks and the phone rings quite often. The office space is functional and we have set it up to get through our daily lists. It’s not a very big place, just enough for what we need to do. Walking through Dalmia Estate, you notice a lot of small units and warehouses. It’s very industrial and practical. People around here don’t have much time for small talk, everyone is just trying to get their work finished. We usually have our tea in the afternoon when things settle down a bit. Sometimes the electricity flickers but it usually comes right back on. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to stay organized and keep everything moving forward without making too much of a fuss. The neighborhood has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it.
