Mighty Emaar Constructions Privatelimited runs out of Shop No. 1 in Umar Khan House. We are right on Marol Maroshi Road in Andheri East. It is a small shop, but it is where all the planning and the phone calls happen. Andheri is always crowded and noisy, and our daily work is no different. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various suppliers and workers. Getting trucks through the heavy traffic on Marol Maroshi Road is a difficult job in itself. We do all kinds of construction work around this specific area. Sometimes it is a small renovation and other times it is a whole new floor being added. We are not a corporate giant. We are just a few people trying to make a living by building things that last. The shop is usually cluttered with tools, yellow helmets, and stacks of blueprints. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you walk in, you will probably just see one of us sitting at a desk or looking at a site map. We tell people the truth about how long a job will actually take. Construction always has some delays, and we do not try to hide that from anyone. We just work through the problems. It is a tough business, but we like seeing a project go from a simple drawing to a real building. Most of our clients are local folks who know our faces.
