MIARTH BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is up on the second floor of the Zest Business Space, specifically in Office No. 215. We are right on MG Road in Ghatkopar East, which is a pretty crowded and lively part of Mumbai. Being next to Doshi Hospital means there is always traffic and people moving around outside. It can be a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but we don’t mind it. Inside Miarth Buildcon, things are kept fairly simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the building plans we deal with. The windows look out onto the main road, so we see the hustle of MG Road all day long. It’s a convenient spot for us because everything is close by, from the station to the local shops where we grab lunch. We usually have a radio playing quietly in the background or just the sound of someone typing away. The office isn't very big, so we have to stay organized with our folders and site documents. Most of our work happens out on the field, but this is where we come back to settle the accounts and plan the next week's schedule. It’s a functional space that works well for what we do. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the security guards know us well. It’s just a regular workplace where we get our construction business done every day.
