Our office is in Malad West, right on Jakaria Road. If you know the area, we are on the first floor of Triple S Heights. It is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We deal with property stuff mostly. It isn't a very large team here, just a handful of us sitting at our desks and talking to people about where they want to live. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow so we just take the stairs since it's only one floor up. The office has desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. We spend the day looking at plans and checking on different sites. Malad is a crowded place, and Jakaria Road gets quite packed in the evenings. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People usually just drop by because they saw the name or heard about us from someone else in the building. It’s just a regular workspace where we try to stay on top of the projects we have going on. Nothing flashy. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the work before the traffic gets too bad at five or six. It’s just how things go here at Triple S Heights.
