We are located up on the tenth floor of Peninsula Park in Andheri West. It's in the Veera Industrial Estate area, which is always busy with people and cars moving around. The office at 1003 is where we spend most of our days. It is not a huge place, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevators take a long time and the traffic on the way here can be a real headache, but we have been in this spot for a while now and have gotten used to it. We handle a lot of property work, mostly buying and selling things around Mumbai. It involves a lot of phone calls and even more paperwork than you would think. Our desks are usually covered in files and maps. We aren't a big corporate firm with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We are just local people who know the real estate market in this part of town. Sometimes we stay late to finish up things or wait for a client who is stuck in traffic. The view from the office is just other buildings and the industrial estate below. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. It is honest work and we try to keep things as simple as possible for anyone who walks through the door. If you are looking for Plot A/4, that is us. We just do our best to get the job done right.
