Mayrak Developers Llp is located on the third floor of Dheeraj Heritage. We are in rooms 307 and 308. It's on S.V. Road in Santacruz West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy S.V. Road gets. It’s always loud with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been working here for a while. Developing property in a place like Santacruz is a bit of a challenge because everything is so crowded. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to make things fit. It’s not a fancy operation. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of coffee. We mostly handle local projects in and around Mumbai City. Some days are slow and we’re just waiting on permits. Other days are so busy we forget to eat lunch. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just us. We’ve seen the skyline change quite a bit from our office window. It’s interesting to see how the city grows. We try to be sensible about our projects and stay realistic about what can be done. It takes a lot of effort to get a building up. We deal with the contractors and the workers and the city rules. It’s a lot to manage, but it’s our daily life. We’re just a small group of people trying to do decent work in our corner of the city.
