If you are in Santacruz West, you might have passed by the Rahejas building on the corner. We are right there where Main Avenue and V P Road meet. Our office, Matsyagandha Estates, is on the first floor. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a bit of a buzz outside. Santacruz is a nice part of Mumbai City, though the traffic can be a headache sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit, working on various estate matters. The office is just a simple setup with enough space for the team to sit and handle the daily calls. Being on the corner gives us a good view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. We deal with property stuff, mostly just local things that come our way. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception. It’s just us, some files, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. People drop in now and then to ask about local rates or to check on some documents. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The building itself is well-known in the area, so we don't usually have to give long directions. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving.
