You can find us at Shalimar Morya Park, which is right on the New Link Road in Andheri West. We are in office number 307. It’s a pretty central location for us since so much of our work happens in this part of Mumbai. The building is usually buzzing with other businesses, so there’s always a lot of movement around the halls. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle our property and relocation work. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy to notice them. Most of our staff are locals who know the Andheri area like the back of their hand. We spend a lot of time helping people sort out their property needs, which often involves a lot of boring but necessary paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs. The traffic on Link Road can be tough, so we’ve learned to plan our days around the busiest times. We aren’t interested in using a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their property transitions and try to keep things as organized as possible. It’s a simple business model. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day.
