Marquant Constructions Private Limited

Our office is up on the 10th floor of the 215 Atrium building, over in the Sub Plota area. It is right near Acme Plaza on M.V. Road in Andheri East. Most people know the building because it sticks out a bit. Marquant Constructions Private Limited has been based here for some time now. It’s a fast-paced part of town, so things stay pretty lively. We spend most of our mornings looking over site plans and talking to the crews out in the field. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing very well. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things on track. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just staring at blueprints until our eyes hurt. It is what it is. Working in Andheri means you deal with the commute and the noise, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to build things that stay standing. It’s practical stuff. We deal with the materials, the timelines, and the occasional headache that comes with construction in a city like this. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We just keep our heads down and do the next thing on the list.
