If you are ever walking down Devidayal Road in Mulund West, you might see our place. We are located at A/73 in the Jalaram Ashish building. Markus Buildcon Llp has been based in this part of Mumbai for a bit now. Dealing with property and building stuff in a city this crowded is never simple, but it is what we do every day. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local authorities and trying to figure out how to fit new projects into tight spaces. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. Some of us have lived in Mumbai City our whole lives, so we know how these neighborhoods work. Things move fast here, and sometimes they get a bit chaotic, but we just take it one step at a time. Having a giant staff isn't how we operate. A few of us just try to make sure the work gets done and the buildings are solid. Sometimes the rains make everything difficult or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how life is when you are in the construction business in 400080. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just working on one floor or one building at a time until it is finished.
