We’re located on the 7th floor of the Ecstacy Business Park, specifically in unit 606 A. It’s part of the City of Joy complex in the Acc Compound, Mulund West. If you’re coming down Jsd Road in Mumbai, you can’t really miss the compound as it’s quite large. The postcode is 400080. Markenfors Research & Analytics Private is based here. It’s a pretty busy building with a lot of different businesses coming and going all the time. The elevators can be a bit of a wait during the morning rush or lunch hour, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the crowds. Being on the 7th floor is nice because you get away from the street noise of Mulund West. Our office is just a regular workspace. We have some workstations and a small area to sit down. It’s not overly decorated or anything fancy. We mostly just focus on the data and the screens we use every day. The City of Joy area has plenty of places to eat, which is a big plus for us when we forget our lunches. We spend most of our day here, just working through the piles of research. It’s a practical location for being in Mumbai. Jsd Road can get jammed up in the evenings, so we sometimes stay a bit later to let the traffic die down before heading home. It’s a straightforward setup. Markenfors Research & Analytics Private just operates out of this one floor, keeping things moving.
