Our office is tucked away in Singh Estate, Kandivali East. We are in the B/1 building of the co-operative housing society there. Mansaramkumari Construction Private Limited is just a small outfit trying to build decent places for people. Working from a housing society office keeps us close to the ground. We see families and kids running around outside while we are inside looking at architectural drawings. It’s a very different vibe from the big glass towers in the city center. We like it this way because it feels more real. Our team is basically a few people who have been in the construction business for a long time. We handle everything from the initial foundation work to the finishing touches. It’s a lot of dirty boots and dusty site visits. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and let that speak for itself. Sometimes we have issues with labor or material costs going up, but we just deal with those problems as they come. Kandivali is a good place to be based; it has a nice community feel. The main thing is to keep building stuff that people can actually live in and enjoy without any major headaches.
