Mangalam Cloud Kitchen Private Limited

We run Mangalam Cloud Kitchen out of Shop No 311 and 314 in Labh Chamber. This is located on Station Road in the Chembur area. If you know Station Road, you know how incredibly crowded and noisy it can be at almost any time of the day. Because we are a cloud kitchen, we don't have a place for people to sit down and eat. We just have our kitchen equipment and the staff who do the cooking. It is a very different way of working compared to a normal restaurant. We mostly see delivery riders who come to pick up the orders we prepare. Labh Chamber is an old building, and our shops are just enough to fit the stoves and the prep tables we need. We don't have any fancy signs or a big entrance for customers. It is just a place where work gets done. Most of the time we are just focused on the tickets coming in and getting the food packaged up correctly. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep going. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just a local business in Chembur trying to make sure the food we send out is decent and arrives on time. It is a lot of hard work in a small, cramped space.
