MANDAL DESHMUKH BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS

We are MANDAL DESHMUKH BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS and our office is located in Malad West. We’re in the Neo Corporate Plaza, room 342, right off Ramchandra Lane and near the Kapol Hall. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. Getting through the traffic to get to work can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough to get used to it. We do a lot of building and developing around this side of the city. There is always something being torn down or put up. It’s loud and it’s messy, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from nothing. We aren’t some giant corporation with hundreds of offices; we’re just here in Malad doing our thing. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. We spend most of our time talking to contractors and making sure things are moving along. Some days are tougher than others, especially when the monsoon hits and everything slows down. But we just keep moving. People around here know us as the guys who are always on the move. We don't spend money on big billboards or fancy slogans because we’d rather just spend that time making sure the walls are straight. It's practical work for practical people.
