Our office is set up in Oberoi Springs, specifically in Wing A3 on the fifth floor. It’s flat 506. Being off Link Road in Andheri West means there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now. The building is pretty well-known in the area, which helps when people are trying to find us. Inside, it’s a fairly standard setup for a realty company. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with residential properties around Andheri. It’s a busy part of town, so there is never a shortage of work. We aren’t into flashy presentations or anything like that. We mostly just talk to people and try to find out what they are looking for in a home. Sometimes it’s a quick process, and other times it takes months to get everything sorted out. That’s just the nature of real estate in Mumbai. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to visiting sites. It’s a lot of coordination. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, we’re usually around. It’s a practical way to run a business and we enjoy the daily routine here.
