Makwise Constructions Private Limited is tucked away in Jogeshwari West. Our office is in Bostan Apartments on Sahkar Road, right near Ruby Tower. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We are in Flat B-4. It’s a small space, mostly filled with files and rolls of drawings for various building projects. We've been working in the construction line for some time now. In a city like Mumbai, there is always something being fixed or built. We just do our part in that. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There’s usually coffee on the stove and someone arguing on the phone about a cement delivery. That's just the reality of the construction business. We handle the planning and the actual labor management for sites nearby. The traffic on Sahkar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located in 400102 helps us reach our projects faster. We don’t use big marketing words because we don't need to. Most of our work comes from people we’ve worked with before. They know where to find us in Jogeshwari. We just try to do an honest job and move on to the next one. It’s simple, practical, and keeps us busy throughout the year. If you come by, the doorbell is a bit finicky so you might have to knock loud. We don't mind.
