Majesty Spaces Llp

Our office is located at B/301 in Aliabad Chs. If you know Jogeshwari West, you probably know S.V. Road. It is usually crowded with traffic and people moving about. We are right opposite the Khoja Jamat Khana in Behram Baug. It is an easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Majesty Spaces is just a small group of us working out of this third-floor room. We do real estate work, mostly dealing with local spaces around this part of Mumbai. The building is older but it works for what we need. You can hear the noise from the street sometimes, especially during the rush hour. We spend the day going through listings and meeting people who need a place. It is a lot of back and forth on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just wait or take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just know this area well because we are here every day. Most of our neighbors in the building are also small businesses or families. It feels like a real community. We keep things pretty simple in the office, just the basics to get the job done. It’s a decent spot to work from and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of S.V. Road.
