We are situated in Vikhroli West, right on Station Road at Hazaribaug. Our office is S-13, and it’s a place where we handle our development and Vastu-related work. Being so close to the station means there is a constant stream of people and noise, but it’s a very convenient spot for us. We’ve been in Vikhroli for a while, and we’ve seen how much the area has built up over the years. Our work involves a lot of planning and looking at how buildings are laid out according to Vastu principles. We spend a lot of time in the office looking over drawings, but we also spend plenty of time out on the streets checking on how things are progressing. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes, with all the files and samples we keep around, but it’s where we feel at home. The vibe on Station Road is always energetic, which helps when we have long days. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a big sign, just a small office where we get the work done. We try to be honest about what can be done and what can't, especially when it comes to the technical side of development. It’s just a regular local office where we focus on our projects and try to navigate the busy life of Mumbai. We’ve grown used to the train whistles and the crowd outside our door every day. It just becomes part of the routine.
