Mahlsa Realty Llp is based out of the Saphalya building over on Kasturba Cross Road. We are up on the fifth floor. Kandivali West is a busy place, and being right here in the middle of it keeps us pretty occupied. We aren't a massive team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us who know the local property scene. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons out showing places or meeting with people. The office is pretty basic, just what we need to get the job done. We don't really go for that high-end corporate look because that isn't who we are. We just want to make sure people get what they need without a lot of fuss. There is usually a bit of a breeze on the fifth floor, which is nice during the summer. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around here over the last few years. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes. We handle the paperwork and the legal bits that come with buying or selling property. It’s mostly routine stuff, but it requires paying attention to the small things. We don't make big promises, we just do the work. If you're walking around Kandivali and need to talk about a flat or some land, you can usually find one of us here. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
