We are over here at Jaygun Sagar CHS, right on 90 Feet Road in Ghatkopar East. Our office is at number 502, which is CTS No 195/72 if you’re looking at the official papers. Most days it is just us sitting around the desks, answering the phone or looking over property maps. The traffic on 90 Feet Road can get pretty loud during the evenings, but you get used to it after a while. We started Mahaviraay Realtors Llp because we knew this area well. It isn't anything fancy with marble floors or big reception desks. We just have our chairs, some computers, and a lot of paper folders that seem to multiply every week. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up walking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We spend a lot of time talking to folks from around the neighborhood who drop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s new in the market. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some local guys trying to keep things moving. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure everything is in order for the people who come to us. Usually, there’s a tea vendor nearby who brings us chai twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. It's a basic office, but it gets the job done for us.
