Mahant Construction Llp is located over in Lalji Pada, Kandivali West. Our specific office is at Plot-856, Ghanshyam Enclave, right on the Link Road. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know how busy the Link Road gets. We are in unit 110, and it’s a pretty busy little hub for us. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a message from a site. We keep the place fairly simple. There are some chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the drawings. It’s not the most modern office, but it works for what we need. The area around Ghanshyam Enclave has a lot of small businesses, so there’s a good energy throughout the day. We deal with a lot of local construction tasks and the paperwork can pile up if we aren't careful. The sound of the traffic outside is constant, but you stop noticing it after a few days. We don't have any polished corporate speeches; we just talk to people plainly about what needs doing. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports, and the neighborhood is still quite lively even after dark. It’s a practical location for us because we can get to our projects in the western suburbs fairly easily from here. It’s just a normal office where we put in our hours and get the job finished.
