You can find Mahakaleshwar Fashions Llp over at Golden Square on Chatrapati Shivaji Road. We are up on the 6th floor in Wing D and our unit is D 602. Being in Santacruz East means we are right in the thick of it. The building is always full of people going up and down. We spend most of our time inside the office looking at designs or dealing with different suppliers. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons but we have a couple of fans that keep us going. The view from the sixth floor is not much because it is just more buildings and the busy road below. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. It has been a lot of learning as we go. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in and do our work and then head home like everyone else does. The elevators in Golden Square can be a bit slow during the lunch hour so we usually just bring our own food from home. We are a small team and we have become like a little family over the months. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is just dead quiet. We just take it as it comes. Mumbai is a tough place to run a business but we are hanging in there. We just try to do right by the people we work with every day.
