Our business is located on the first floor of the Radhika Co-operative Housing Society. We are right on Gulmohar Road, which is part of the Juhu Scheme. It’s a well-known area in Mumbai, and we’ve been here for a while. The office is number 102. It is not a very large space, but it’s where we do all our work related to real estate. Juhu is always busy, but our building is tucked away enough that we can get things done without too much distraction. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about property and trying to help them navigate the local market. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s just us and our files. We grew up around this part of the city, so we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. People come to us because we are local and we don't try to act like a big corporation. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the traffic on Gulmohar Road makes it hard to find parking, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We like the community here and the fact that we can walk to get a coffee or lunch nearby. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs to be finished each day.
