You can find us in Khar West, which is a part of the city that never really seems to slow down. We are located at TPS III, specifically on Plot Number 479. Our office is A 601 in the Leo Building, which is part of the Kohinoor Niwas CHS Ltd. It’s right near the Khar Telephone Exchange on 24th Road. If you are familiar with the landmarks in Khar, you know that this area can get quite packed with traffic and pedestrians. The Leo Building is one of those older, reliable structures in the neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this space for a while, and it has a very lived-in feel to it. There’s no big signage or flashing lights to tell you who we are. We just have our name, M S DEVELOPERS & PREMISES LLP, on a small plate. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of our projects. From the sixth floor, we can see a bit of the surrounding rooftops and the busy street below. The 24th Road is always humming with activity, from the early morning until late at night. Our office inside Kohinoor Niwas is pretty straightforward. We have the usual desks, chairs, and stacks of files that you’d expect in any workspace. We aren't trying to be something we're not; we just provide a place where the work gets done and the phones get answered by whoever is available.
