Lyzer Land Llp

Up here in Andheri, at B 104 in the Panch Ratna CHS, is where we spend most of our time. Lyzer Land Llp is located on Dr S Radhakrishnan Cross Road, which is always buzzing with people and cars. It's one of those typical Mumbai residential societies where a few of the rooms have been turned into small offices. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of everything, which is both good and bad. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, but it makes it easy for people to find us. Inside, it's pretty quiet compared to the street. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of paper stacked up on the shelves. We mostly deal with land matters and keeping track of different plots, which involves a lot of reading and phone calls. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or a sign in the lobby. You just come up the stairs and find us working away. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking sound that drives us crazy, but we usually forget about it once we get busy. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just managing the land assets we have and making sure the paperwork is in order for the next steps. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what the other person is doing, and we just get through the pile of work on our desks.
