Our small office for Lush Textiles is over in Mulund West. We are based in the Mulund Colony area, specifically in building number 9 of Neo Shastri Nagar. It's on the first floor, flat number 8. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the colony can get lively in the evenings. We handle our textile business from here, mostly doing the admin work and meeting a few people now and then. The space is a bit tight with all the fabric rolls and books we keep around. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which we don't mind. We've been in Mulund for quite a while because it's convenient for everyone. Usually, the day starts with a lot of calls to weavers or suppliers. We have piles of different clothes and materials everywhere. Sometimes it's hard to find a clear desk to work on. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Just the flat number and our name. It's a simple way to run things. We mostly focus on getting the right fabrics out to the shops. If the rain is heavy, the leaks in the corridor can be a nuisance, but that’s just part of being in an older building. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business moving. No fancy meetings, just honest work. We like the local vibe of this neighborhood. It’s where we feel comfortable even when things are busy.
