Lotus Real Estate Developers Llp is located in Vile Parle West. Our office is on the 6th Floor of Heena Smruti, which is Plot No 42 in Vallabh Nagar, right in the JVPD Scheme area on N S Road No 2. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai. We work on real estate development. The office is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of various building projects. It’s a lot of coordinating between different teams and making sure the paperwork is in order. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a good spot to be because it’s central to a lot of the work we do. We aren't into big sales pitches or anything like that. We just focus on the development side of things. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don't go according to plan. That’s just the nature of real estate in a city like this. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. If you’re looking for us, we’re just up on the sixth floor. We keep things pretty simple and just try to stay on top of our projects. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy it most days.
