We are based in Mulund West, right on Jain Temple Road. Our office is in Sursha Apartments, which is part of the Sarvodaya Nagar area. It’s on the fifth floor, room 501. Even though we are in Mumbai, we spend all our time working on agricultural networks. It’s a bit of a contrast being in a residential-style building while dealing with farm-related business, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the coordination and logistics from here. We are constantly talking to people across different regions to make sure the agro products are moving through the network properly. It’s not a quiet office. There’s always someone on a call or a delivery being scheduled. We don't have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you might be filing papers and the next you're talking to a supplier about a delayed shipment. We try to keep things organized, but it can get pretty busy during the peak seasons. We don't go in for fancy presentations or marketing pitches. People come to us because we know the network and we get things where they need to go. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been in Mulund for a while and we like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a good base for us to manage the business without too much distraction. We just focus on keeping the connections strong between the producers and the markets.
