Our office is situated at Flat No. 6 on the first floor of Punam CHS. It’s on R. P. Cross Road in Mulund West. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office environment. We’ve set up our workstations in the main room. It’s a comfortable way to work, to be honest. We can use the kitchen to make our own tea and lunch, which saves us from having to go out every single day. Mulund West is a great place to be based. The road outside can get a bit congested, especially during peak hours, but inside it’s mostly peaceful. We handle international trade and exports from here. It involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and keeping track of many different details. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever isn't on a call will just get the door when someone knocks. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the society are used to us being around. It’s a low-key operation. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or art for the walls. We just need a good internet connection and some decent coffee to keep us going. It’s a practical, straightforward setup for a business that doesn't feel the need to show off. We just enjoy the work and the convenience of being in this part of town.
