We are located at 04, Ruturaj Apts on Juhu Road. It is right across from SNDT College in Santacruz West. LONGIVITY INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED has been in this spot for a while now. The location is actually pretty nice, being so close to the college and the main road. It gets busy with students and traffic, but we like the energy. Our office is just a regular apartment converted for work. We do a lot of infrastructure planning and management from here. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting around drafting tables. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything, but we keep at it. Some days are just filled with sorting out red tape and others we are actually out seeing things get built. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come in, say hello, and we see what needs doing. The team is small. We have got a couple of guys who handle the site visits and a few of us staying back to handle the legal bits. It is honest work. We try not to overcomplicate things. Sometimes the monsoon makes getting to the office a bit of a struggle, but we are used to it. Just a local business trying to stay busy in a very big city. Nothing more to it really. We are just here on Juhu Road doing what we can for our clients.
