Littlehouse Realstate Private Limited

We work out of building 4D, specifically room 103, in Pataliputra Nagar. This is over in Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West, not far from the Oshiwara Depot. The area is quite crowded with all the MIG buildings and the constant movement of people. Littlehouse Realstate Private Limited is just us in this small office, surrounded by stacks of documents and local maps. The CTS number S41 B is part of our official address, which we use for all the formal stuff. Most of our day is spent dealing with the chaos of Mumbai real estate. The depot nearby means there’s always a bus or a rickshaw making noise, but you get used to it after a while. Our office is simple—just some sturdy furniture and a computer that we use for the listings. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the address that people follow to find us. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always on the highest setting. We spend a lot of time talking to the residents in the MIG blocks or showing people around the neighborhood. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of talking and walking. We don't have a corporate office feel at all; it’s more like a local hub where things get sorted out. Just a regular business trying to stay organized in a busy city while helping folks find their way around the local market.
