Little Shine Foundation

We are located in Thakur Village, Kandivali East. Our office is actually inside a residential complex called N G Suncity Phase III. Specifically, we are in building 4 B, flat 103. Because we are in a residential flat, it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. It’s more like a home office where we handle all the Little Shine Foundation business. We have desks set up in what used to be a living area. It can get a bit noisy when kids are playing in the society outside, but it’s a nice place to work. We started this because we wanted to do something for the community from our own base. We don't have a huge staff or multiple departments. It’s just a few of us who care about the work we are doing. We handle the paperwork, take phone calls, and plan our activities right from this apartment. Most of our neighbors know what we do and sometimes they drop by to help out or just to chat. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to do our part while living our lives in Kandivali. Thakur Village is a great place to be because everything is close by. We keep our operations simple and practical. There are no fancy meetings or high-tech systems here. We just use what we have and try to make a small difference every day.
